Why survival rate gets its own metric
The graduation rate only answers “how many tokens cleared the bar”. It cannot answer “what happened to them afterwards”. Survival rate splits new tokens into batches by launch time, then looks back when each batch reaches 24 hours and 7 days: is anyone still trading them?
How we decide a token is “still alive”
The test is “were there any trades in the period before the measurement point”. For tokens still on the bonding curve, we check whether the curve reserves changed. For graduated tokens, we check for new trades in the pool. Tokens with only transfers and no buys or sells do not count as alive.
When data will appear
The 7-day survival rate needs a batch of new tokens to reach 7 days before the first figure can be calculated. Once live collection starts, the 24-hour survival rate appears from day two and the 7-day survival rate from day eight, then both update daily.
